		<description><![CDATA[Nice post Marc - I had a similar thought a while back - I think that the T should be our main metric for whether or not an intervention (or aid as a whole) works.  It is a shame then that a long T isn&#039;t very attractive for researchers in a hurry to publish or aid workers trying to justify their project&#039;s yearly expenditure.
