If you would like to make public comments, you can find the notice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/articles\/2015\/09\/08\/2015-22668\/office-of-the-chief-economist-public-comment-period-for-climate-change-global-food-security-and-the\">here<\/a>.
