If someone knows of such a case, I&#8217;d be interested to hear about it in the comments.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It turns out that there are such cases. Last weekend,\u00a0<em>The Atlantic<\/em>&#8216;s Megan McArdle <a title=\"Copyright Troll: Stop Suing Me, Okay?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/business\/archive\/2011\/03\/copyright-troll-stop-suing-me-okay\/72362\/\" target=\"_blank\">wrote<\/a> about &#8220;copyright trolling&#8221;:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;Righthaven, a company which as of this writing has filed nearly 250 lawsuits\u00a0against blogs and forum operators where content originated by Righthaven partners has been posted.
