Papers on countries other than those in Africa are welcome, providing they deal with issues central to African development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">If you are interested in presenting a paper, please submit an abstract online by\u00a0Thursday 1 December 2011, 17:00hrs GMT<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>If accepted for the conference, all authors will need to submit completed papers by 24 February 2012 for inclusion in the final programme.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Student applications<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ph.D.\/D.Phil students must submit an abstract\u00a0and a full paper. A draft paper or full outline may also be considered.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Participants requesting funding<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">There is a limited budget to fund African presenters who are currently living and working in Africa and who will be travelling from Africa to the conference. Funding will cover all participation and travel costs for successful applicants.
