I share Gates’ optimism about the food-security potential of genetically modified (GM) crops.
Much like Paarlberg (2009), I find it hypocritical to pontificate about the ill effects of GM crops when the only meals you’ve ever had to skip, you skipped because you wanted to lose weight.
